Terms of Service

NameMVP provides digital infrastructure services including domain registration and transfer, professional email, SSL certificates, web hosting, eSIM connectivity, virtual business addresses, VoIP phone services, AI website builder, and cyber advisory services. These Terms govern your access to and use of all NameMVP services operated by Zeciti Technologies.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN. NameMVP acts as a reseller through our registrar partner (Spaceship/Openprovider).

Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed through Stripe. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed with the registry. Hosting and email services may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days. All recurring services are billed annually unless otherwise stated.

We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosting and email services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or customer misconfiguration.

You agree not to use NameMVP services to:

• ✕Engage in any unlawful activity
• ✕Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• ✕Infringe on intellectual property rights
• ✕Harass, abuse, or harm others
• ✕Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• ✕Resell services without written authorization

The NameMVP brand, logo, and platform design are the property of Zeciti Technologies. You retain ownership of your content and domain names. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as needed to provide our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NameMVP and Zeciti Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Domain names remain yours and can be transferred to another registrar. Data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
